Scope

These terms apply only to the public Isoline marketing website. The site provides static informational pages through Cloudflare and an email link that opens your own email client. It does not provide a product account, browser download, paid service, payment flow, or browser product.

Using the website does not enroll you in early access, create a purchase obligation, or grant access to a future product. Any pilot or released product will need separate, expressly applicable terms.

Informational content

Isoline is in development. Product descriptions, comparisons, roadmaps, and planned capabilities are informational, may change, and are not promises of availability, performance, compatibility, release timing, or access to a third-party service. Check dated sources and current vendor terms before making a decision.

Permitted use

You may browse and link to the public pages for lawful, authorized purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious or deceptive communications, misuse content or marks, or use the website in a way prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

Site materials and external links

The website's text, design, names, and marks may be protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms allow ordinary viewing and linking only; they do not grant a license to copy, sell, impersonate, or imply endorsement.

Competitor and source links contact a third party only after you select them. Third-party content, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices are outside Isoline's control, and a link is not an endorsement.

Email contact

Selecting the early-access or contact action opens your email client; it does not submit information through the website. If you send email, you are responsible for its contents and must not send secrets or material you are not authorized to share. A message does not guarantee a reply, invitation, product access, or confidentiality agreement.

Availability, legal limits, and changes

The website is provided on an as-available basis and may be corrected, changed, suspended, or removed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

This review draft does not select a governing law or forum and does not set a liability cap. Those subjects require legal review before final terms are adopted.
